Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Masonry Estimator position include: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating or related roles. Masonry experience is required, ideally commercial masonry. Experience with estimating software such as Tradesmen, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam Revu. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project documents. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to perform takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates. Comfortable presenting proposals verbally and interacting with clients and general contractors. Fully in-office role with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required. Work on diverse commercial projects ranging from $250K to $21M+, contributing to overall efforts on projects exceeding $100M. Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
