Must have the ability to manage, train, supervise team members and ensure quality work. Qualifications: ----------------- - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading crews of 5 to 10 personnel, with proven ability to communicate effectively with project managers regarding schedules, scope changes, and the management of materials and labor. - Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams, bend conduit, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
