Due to our continued growth, we have several openings for Construction Managers in Gainesville, Perry (insert more here or put South of Atlanta?).

Our Construction Managers work in a fast-paced environment, responsible for the oversight of 30 - 40 newly constructed residential homes annually. The role requires driving to our communities (average 45 - 60 minutes).

Ensure accuracy of blueprints, takeoffs, and manage variance to budgets.

Coordinate supply/trade issues in the project with the purchasing department.

Builder partnership:

Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met throughout the project while meeting tight deadlines efficiently and effectively.

Evaluate and maintain associate performance to include training/hiring/replacement.

Coordinate builder loading, start timing and pace.

Monitor builder communication with sales orders to maximize closings and customer satisfaction while conducting bi-weekly team meetings.

Review/approve sub-contractor payroll.

Conducts weekly individual planned encounters.

Required Experience

2+ years construction experience.

Valid driver's license with a reliable automobile for on-site use.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Experience

4+ residential home building experience.

Bachelor's degree (Construction Management).

Knowledge of building codes

2+ years supervisory (people or vendor) experience.

Strong computer knowledge (MS Package and Homebuilding software experience (e.g., BuildPro).
