General Laborer Job Description The role involves replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, and be prepared for a loud and fast-paced environment. Teamwork is essential, as you will work collaboratively to complete a set number of swaps within a specific timeframe. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is required. Responsibilities Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively. Work in a loud and fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to complete swaps within a specific timeframe. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Skills Experience in general labor, construction, or production. Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks. Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry heavy items. Experience in carpentry and commercial construction. Capability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure. Experience with various types of hand and power tools. Physically capable of repetitive work. Why Work Here?
