Sound Floors LLC is a locally owned and operated gypsum floor company based in Spanaway, Washington. We specialize in high-quality gypsum floor services for residential and commercial projects across the region. We are growing and looking to expand our team with a dependable and experienced CDL Truck Driver who can also operate heavy equipment when needed.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CDL Truck Driver with experience operating forklifts and skid steers. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility to perform tasks beyond driving, such as loading/unloading materials and assisting on job sites.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate company trucks to deliver materials to job sites across Washington
Load and unload flooring materials using a forklift or skid steer
Assist with site prep or material handling when not driving
Maintain accurate delivery records and vehicle logs
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Follow all DOT regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
Valid CDL (Class A )
Experience operating a forklift and skid steer (certifications preferred)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 80lbs and work in varied outdoor conditions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation:
Starting pay: $30 per hour
Full-time hours
Potential for overtime and long-term growth within the company

Location:
Based in Spanaway, WA. Work primarily throughout the Puget Sound area, occasionally travel to Oregon & Montana.
