Industrial Electrician - 1st Shift

Summary A food production facility south of Madison is looking to add an Electrician to their team. In this position candidates would be responsible for supporting, installing and repairing various electrical and automation systems within the plant. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with 1st shift Schedule of Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm. Pay consideration starts at $30/hr plus weekly production bonuses and full benefits package. Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring and industrial machinery Perform routine maintenance to confirm with safety and food production standards Test electrical systems for safety, efficiency and compliance with codes Develop, modify and maintain different automation systems within the plant Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician or programmer Technical certification of degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field Experience with PLCs and familiarity with HMI and SCADA systems Knowledge of food grade standards Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and automation programming #indMMIS
