This individual will oversee multiple commercial roofing projectsensuring they're completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role splits time between the field (40%) and office (60%), managing crews, materials, schedules, and supporting documentation and process improvements. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction leader with a background in field supervision, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, proactive approach to project coordination. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering Monday-Friday hours from 6:30am-5pm. Starting salary is $80k+/yr. depending on experience. Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day field operations, managing crews and coordinating with foremen. Monitor job progress, site safety, and workmanship quality. Support scheduling, material procurement, labor planning, and project documentation. Track job costs, changes, and crew time in coordination with project management. Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve issues in the field. Lead safety meetings and foster a positive team culture. Assist with service scheduling and project closeout tasks. Responsibilities and duties may evolve based on business needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of experience in construction management or field supervision. Supervisory experience in general construction or roofing required. Commercial roofing experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with OSHA and jobsite safety standards preferred. Valid driver's license with ability to travel to job sites across southern Wisconsin. Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, standing, and communication throughout the workday. Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. Exposure to varying weather conditions and jobsite environments. Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, and use necessary equipment on-site. #MMAS
