Maintenance Electrician Job Description As a Maintenance Electrician, you will perform preventative maintenance on large packaging equipment, focusing specifically on industrial machinery. Your role will involve electrical troubleshooting on equipment, including PLC systems, working with voltages ranging from 110 to 480, and interpreting electrical schematics. Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance on large industrial packaging equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on equipment. Perform PLC system troubleshooting. Work with voltages ranging from 110 to 480. Interpret and follow electrical schematics. Essential Skills Electrical troubleshooting expertise. Experience with 110-480 volt electrical systems. Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems. Familiarity with electrical relays. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanical knowledge. Experience in preventive maintenance procedures. Work Environment This position is within a union shop where tenured employees receive priority for shift changes. Training will occur on the second shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.
