HVAC Service Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a reliable approach to solving HVAC equipment failures. You will be driven to find and implement effective solutions for our customers' HVAC needs while maintaining a 'work safe and efficient' attitude. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and repair HVAC system needs and equipment failures. Implement effective solutions for customer HVAC requirements. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Utilize IT equipment such as phones, tablets, and computers effectively. Travel to various locations with a good driving record. Essential Skills Significant experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems Familiarity with systems including DX heating and cooling packaged units, split systems, geothermal systems, VRF systems, hydronic heating, cooling, and process systems. Experience with boilers, gas heating systems, ventilation systems, and cooling towers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electrical, construction, blueprint, mechanical, repair, service, hand tool, preventive maintenance, installation, field service skills. Commercial HVAC service work and troubleshooting experience. Comfortable working in various physical environments such as industrial plants, office buildings, homes, rooftops, attics, and basements. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in hot and cold weather conditions. Willingness to be 'on call' and comfortable working at various heights. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $95000.00/yr.
