Maintenance Supervisor Job Description This role involves repairing, maintaining, and improving all equipment associated with the production of die cast parts, while also leading a team of maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift. Hands-on leadership role Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair equipment related to die casting production. Training/coaching maintenance technicians Handling PM schedules, and ordering inventory Creating a safety first work environment Maintain and improve the performance of die cast machines, presses, and robots. Perform electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. Read and understand blueprints for effective maintenance operations. Troubleshoot and program Allen-Bradley PLCs. Work with Motoman and ABB robots, focusing on troubleshooting and programming. Engage in fabrication tasks as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in maintenance repair tasks. Strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery. Expertise in blueprint reading and understanding. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs. Experience with Motoman and ABB robots. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $74880.00/yr. 3 medical plan options: -Option one: Community Blue - small employee contribution -Option two: Simply Blue - no employee contribution -Option three: Simply Blue - Health & Savings Plan (HSA) Also provide other company paid benefits such as: -Life Insurance (2 times annually salary) -Accidental Death and Dismemberment -Vision Care ($150.00 annual per family) -Short- & Long-term disability 13 paid holidays annually Vacation immediately on hire $150 Boot Allowance for Steel Toes This position is eligible for a signing bonus: -$1,500 after completing 3 months (90 days) -$1,500 after completing 6 months (180 days) -$2,000 after completing 12 months (payroll after 1-year anniversary) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Jackson,MI.
