About the Role:

The Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects within the hospitality, tourism, and recreation sectors, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of excavation, commercial building, and demolition processes, as well as the ability to manage heavy machinery and coordinate various teams on-site. The Foreman will be responsible for project estimation and scheduling, ensuring that all resources are allocated efficiently and that safety protocols are strictly followed. Effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers is essential to maintain workflow and address any issues that may arise. Ultimately, the Foreman is key to delivering successful projects that meet client expectations and enhance the overall reputation of Kha'P'O Construction.

Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, particularly in commercial projects. Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in construction safety management or OSHA training. * Experience with project management software and process scheduling tools. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. * Coordinate and schedule work activities among various teams, including excavation, demolition, and construction crews. * Conduct project estimations and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. * Maintain communication with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns. * Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction management and safety protocols. Skills: The required skills in excavation, commercial building, and demolition are utilized daily as the Foreman directs the work of various teams, ensuring that each phase of construction is executed correctly.
