We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Superintendent with deep expertise in concrete construction to oversee and manage a range of commercial projects across Georgia. You will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering work on time and to spec. Key Responsibilities Lead daily field operations related to concrete foundations, slabs, walls, and structural elements Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications Supervise subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure quality control and productivity Coordinate with Project Managers and other site leadership to meet scheduling and budget goals Monitor job site safety and enforce company standards and OSHA compliance Resolve on-site challenges with practical, cost-effective solutions Requirements Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Superintendent role specializing in concrete work Strong knowledge of commercial concrete techniques, materials, and structural requirements Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of construction Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to travel to and work across project sites in Georgia APPLY today for immediate consideration!
