Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Functional Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and a strong background in industry essentials billing and revenue management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud FIN modules and the ability to drive impactful solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions to meet client requirements.
Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud FIN modules including Receivables Cash Management Payments Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle Financials Cloud and Financial Reporting Studio to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.
Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise systems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance financial management and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud FIN modules including Receivables Cash Management Payments Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses.
Must have strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud and Financial Reporting Studio.
Must have a solid understanding of industry essentials billing and revenue management.
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments and the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site.
Nice to have experience in delivering training and support to end-users.
Nice to have a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $156,000.00 to $180,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
