I Performs various entry-level semi-skilled electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance duties as needed to complete daily building and facilities maintenance, custodial, event set up, event services, and event strike. Assignments may include Event Division duties, snow removal, and assistance with other Divisions as required.

II Performs a variety of semi-skilled preventive maintenance, general equipment maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting duties as needed to complete daily building and facilities maintenance, construction, and renovation in compliance with approved plans and building codes.

III Performs various advanced and journey-level skilled electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting duties as needed to complete daily building and facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance, construction, and renovation in compliance with approved plans and building codes.
