Key Responsibilities: Position parts precisely on tables using fixtures or jibs, tacking when required Perform welding operations at ground level, above ground, and below ground in any required position Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Apply proper welding terminology and techniques Demonstrate high proficiency in all welding positions Maintain quality standards and workplace safety Complete projects according to specifications and timelines Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Minimum 12 months of welding training or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven welding experience in various positions and environments Math aptitude: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Capability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages Skill in drawing and interpreting bar graphs Knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures Physical ability to maneuver and position welding materials Required Skills: MIG/TIG/Stick welding techniques Blueprint reading Attention to detail Problem-solving capabilities Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team ENGAGE DIRECTLY WITH OUR TEAM -
