Cabinet Maker Location: Lakeville, MN Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team in producing high-quality, custom cabinetry. This hands-on position involves sanding, cutting, assembly, and general labor related to cabinet manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience with woodworking tools, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Build and assemble custom cabinets based on blueprints or specifications Cut, shape, and sand wood and wood substitutes using hand tools and power equipment Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish Perform general shop labor including cleaning, organizing, and material handling Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Lift and carry materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs) Requirements: Previous experience in woodworking or cabinetry preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Proficient with saws, sanders, drills, and other woodworking tools Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in a shop setting Preferred Qualifications: Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork Ability to read and interpret drawings or shop plans Knowledge of joinery and finishing techniques Why Work With Us?
