Shift: 1st Shift ( Full- Time) Pay: $ 25.00 per hour ( starting) Overview: A leading plastic blow molding manufacturer is seeking a skilled and versatile Fabricator/ Welder/ Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team on 1st shift . This is a hands- on, jack- of- all- trades position supporting production and facility upkeep. Ideal for someone who thrives on variety and can pivot between welding, fabrication, maintenance, and light electrical work. Key Responsibilities: MIG welding to fabricate custom parts such as catch trays, bins, and crates Unload and handle plastic resin deliveries Build and repair metal and wood structures as needed for production Perform general facilities maintenance, including: Light electrical work Basic plumbing and septic system upkeep Air conditioning system support Maintain tools, workspaces, and shop equipment in safe working order Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and support across departments Qualifications: Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to lift heavy materials and operate forklifts or pallet jacks ( preferred) Mechanically inclined with strong problem- solving ability Reliable and self- motivated with a hands- on work ethic Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment Perks: Steady first shift hours Competitive pay with room for growth Dynamic, collaborative environment where every day is different
