We're looking for a motivated and eager Finish Carpentry Apprentice to join our team and develop their skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

Job Description:
As a Finish Carpentry Apprentice, you will work closely with an expert carpenter to learn and master the art of finish carpentry. You will assist in the installation of trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and other fine woodwork while gaining valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, and cabinetry.
Learn proper use of hand and power tools, ensuring precision and safety.
Support with project tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and work plans.
Help with material handling and preparation for job sites.

Qualifications:
Passion for woodworking and construction.
Some experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices is a plus.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
