What You'll Do Depending on your department, your day-to-day may include: Structural Assembly & Integration - Torquing bolts, using micrometers, harnessing, checking pins, and moving satellites. Material Handling - Operating pallet jacks, cranes, and specialized equipment to move components. Electrical & Mechanical Work - Splicing fiber optic cables, cable routing, sub-assembly installation, and mechanical testing. Precision Assembly - PCBA assembly, reading schematics, applying decals, and following detailed diagrams. Manufacturing Support - Using torque wrenches, hand tools, and SAP to complete tasks in a high-spec aerospace environment. What We're Looking For Required Skills: Previous manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred but not required). Ability to follow visual and written work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools like torque wrenches. Comfort in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Reliable attendance and a strong focus on quality. Preferred Backgrounds: Experience in aerospace, automotive, construction, or medical device manufacturing. Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
