at Centralia Equipment & Machine in Centralia, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Weekly visual inspections Performing routine and preventative maintenance to equipment Welding knowledge/skill Mechanically inclined Reads/interprets equipment manuals/work orders Conducts troubleshooting and problem solving Basic knowledge in reading of blueprints General fabrication and layout abilities Follows instructions under the leadership of the Crew Lead to ensure all aspects of the job are covered to avoid any time-consuming delays as well as hazard and/or task training that may be required before the task begins Ensures equipment is maintained in proper working order to avoid injury and work areas are kept clean/free of hazards which may endanger the health/safety of any employee Performs work according to instructions to ensure quality and satisfaction is achieved.
