Key Responsibilities: Oversee full lifecycle management of resource development projects-from strategy, team culture and feasibility to long-term execution Define scopes, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and change control processes Ensure alignment with environmental permitting and regulatory compliance standards Coordinate with engineering, land, regulatory, and finance teams to meet milestones Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators, implementing adjustments as needed Support infrastructure planning, operational optimization, and long-term capital development Contribute to overall asset strategy and future project pipeline planning Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Project Management, or a related technical field 10+ years of experience in mining, oil & gas or energy sectors, with a strong focus on project management Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from production to products and logistics Familiarity with environmental permitting processes, state/federal regulatory frameworks, and risk mitigation practices Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Resourceful, adaptive, and solutions-oriented leader What we offer This is a high-impact role for a motivated project professional looking to shape the future of the company in a purposeful, flexible environment.
