Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and safety protocols
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure project alignment
• Maintain detailed daily reports, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Implement and uphold safety programs to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel
• Lead and train junior superintendents as needed

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Degree in Construction related field is preferred but we value knowledge and ability over degrees
• 7+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role is preferred
• Proven track record managing complex projects, including ground-up and renovation work
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
• OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with safety regulations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $85,000.00

Maximum Salary: $145,000.00
