POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager with a minimum of (4) years of experience in either project management or hands-on production within the architectural millwork industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the intricacies of high-end millwork production and installation, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

This is not a remote position. The Assistant Project Manager must be based in the Ozone Park, Queens office and available to travel to project sites as needed, five days a week. We work on projects across the US, so long distance travel may be required at critical points in a projects lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing millwork projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate production schedules, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Interpret architectural and millwork drawings and relay technical information to the shop and install teams
- Maintain clear communication with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and expectations
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and coordinate installations
- Support change order management and documentation control

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum (4) years of experience in architectural millwork project management or direct millwork production
- Strong understanding of high-end residential and/or luxury retail construction standards
- Proven experience with Innergy ERP software, or a demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn project management systems
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or an equivalent PDF markup/review software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and millwork drawings
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Rhino 3D is a significant plus, though not required
- Must be available to work on-site in Ozone Park and travel to job sites as needed
