Concrete Finisher Lead (Experience Req'd)

Cachet Concrete is a small business in Skagit County and we do work in Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties. We specialize is custom home foundations and flatwork. Our goal is to have a team-orientated crew that prides themselves on getting jobs done seamlessly and professionally.

Duties:
Assisting with concrete forming, pouring and finishing (Broom, exposed agg, smooth trowel, sand, stamped, etc.)
Installing rebar
Performing heavy lifting and manual labor as required
Digging and demolishing
Using hand and power tools
Appling stains/sealants
Driving company vehicle and picking up materials
Cleaning of tools and job sites

Duties for finisher lead:
Instructing laborers on job duties/expectations
Delegating tasks to other crew members
Working with owner and foreman to ensure seamless job completion
Recording job hours/tasks when needed

Skills:
- Experience in concrete forming and finishing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Basic understanding of plans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

This position requires individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment. Please only apply if you have 3+ years of experience with finishing concrete.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 50 per week
