Day Turn Millwright

• Perform and/or lead mechanical repairs as needed in Cold Mill
• Troubleshoot/investigate malfunctioning mechanical equipment
• Assist engineers with mechanical projects as necessary
• Drive all components of TCOS (High risk exposures, PSIF inititatives/management, etc.)
• Plan and lead down days with engineers

Required

• Mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, welding, alignment, pumps and piping, print reading, lubrication, bearings etc.)
• Abililty to self-motivate and prioritize with direct supervision
• Ability to lead/oversee production crew during maintenance
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• A strong personal safety record
• Problem solving, troubleshooting and quick learning
• Must be either milltech or current millwright or equivalent mechanical background and skills
