Epoxy Flooring Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the preparation, application, and finishing of epoxy floor coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding, and leveling
Mix and apply epoxy coatings to achieve the desired finish
Operate tools and equipment for surface preparation and application
Ensure proper curing times and inspect completed work
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate with clients and team members to meet job specs

Qualifications:

Experience with epoxy flooring or similar coatings preferred (on-the-job training available)
Physical stamina for lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Basic knowledge of tools and flooring materials
Good problem-solving skills and a positive team attitude
