Traveling Foreman/Crew Leader

We are a growing company specializing in precision soil extraction across the U.S. and into Canada. We’re seeking a Traveling Foreman / Crew Leader to oversee a small, skilled team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and driven to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small extraction crew on job sites nationwide and in Canada

• Operate and supervise the use of construction equipment safely and effectively

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

• Maintain safety, compliance, and a culture of respect and accountability

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in soil extraction and general construction

• Skilled in operating and working around construction equipment

• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or ability to obtain one

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (weeks to months at a time)

• Proven leadership experience with a high level of integrity and character

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
