What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead design and analysis of bridge structures for transportation projects, focusing on highways and TxDOT projects.

  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications , and construction documents for bridge projects.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success, from concept through design and construction.

  • Perform structural analysis, load ratings, and design of bridge components (superstructure, substructure, foundations).

  • Interface with clients , contractors , and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Contribute to TxDOT projects and other high-profile transportation infrastructure projects across Texas.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in bridge design or structural engineering.

  • EIT or PE in Texas with a strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and highway design .

  • Experience with structural analysis and design software (such as SAP2000 , STAAD , AutoCAD , or Revit ).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with clients and project teams effectively.
