Structural Engineer -- PE Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 -15 years of experience in structural design and analysis, and experience in project leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, train, and lead a department
• Manage project workflow
• Collaborate across multiple design teams
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations
• Oversees detailed structural analysis and design for a wide range of large-scale projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• PE required with the ability to be licensed in all 50 states
• 10-15 years of structural engineering experience
• Proficiency in Ram Structures/Elements, TEDDS, Hilti Profis, L-Pile and more
• Previous experience in management and team building
