POSITION SUMMARY: This position has the responsibility of pipefitter duties of entire Stadium and Convention Center Facility. Accountability is to the Facility Manager.

DUTIES:

• HVAC (Service van experience a plus)
• Ability to read blue prints
• Troubleshooting
• Heating/Refrigeration
• Experience with Steam
• Perform routine system maintenance
• Manage tools and supplies
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must have flexible schedule 40+ hours a week and include weekends as needed for events.
• Must currently be in or join Union 440. This is a Union position.
• Must have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• 3 years HVAC experience or more and must be out of apprenticeship stage.
• Updated certifications
