Maintenance/Handyman position

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team repairing and maintaining 196 units in 32 different apartment buildings and single family homes.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license and vehicle
Reading and writing proficiency in English
At least two years experience in maintenance or a related field
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Work under general supervision of the maintenance manager

Job Responsibilities:

Apartment turnovers
Installing/ repairing Vinyl and ceramic flooring
Installing interior and exterior doors, moldings and trim
Servicing appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, kitchen hoof fans, bathroom fans
Servicing and installing toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, garbage disposals, drain pipes, and water lines
Maintaining Gutters, down spouts and connecting hoses
Install new and repairing old light fixtures
Replace electrical outlets
Repair drywall damage
Install appliances
Removing bulk trash
Cleaning common areas
Clearing drains
Siding repairs
Painting
Yard maintenace
Interact with tenants in their homes
Process service requests and record work in writing
Perform all required tasks willingly
Professionally represent the company in appearance and conduct

Our office is located in the Bayview district of San Francisco. Salary depending on experience. Full benefits are available after a probationary period has been passed.
