This is a live-in, full-time manager role with broad responsibility for keeping the park running smoothlyfrom owned RV repairs and maintenance to tenant relations. Youll manage your own time, solve problems independently, and be the face of the park for our long-term tenants.

Your Responsibilities:
Maintain RVs and common areas (repairs, upkeep, light construction)
Handle plumbing, electrical, fencing, mowing, and road grading
Operate and maintain skid steer, tractor, and small equipment
Manage Wi-Fi and security camera systems (or be tech-willing to learn)
Collect rent, manage tenants, and oversee day-to-day operations

What Were Looking For:
Solid experience in general maintenance, trades, or RV park/property management
Good communicator, calm under pressure, and tenant-focused
Self-reliant, honest, and takes pride in well-kept grounds and happy tenants
Mechanically inclined and hands-onno task is beneath you
Must know or learn (Youtube) how to maintain REO Link 4K Cameras & Unifi Wi-fi Systems
Must live on-site full-time
