Semi Trailer Mechanic/Welder Needed

We are seeking an experienced semi trailer mechanic with welder/fabricator skills to join our company, conveniently located at the intersection of Loop 12 and I30, just west of downtown Dallas.

Mainly working in our shop on semi trailers, the right candidate will be able to weld aluminum and all other metals related to semi trailers, as well as possess a high degree of mechanical aptitude.

Some (but not all) duties include:
-Tire Change
-Brake System adjustment/replacement
-Lights and wiring
-Tarp repair/replacement
-Hub Service
-Glad hands and air lines - troubleshooting and replacement
-Hydraulic Systems troubleshooting, removal and replacement
-Aluminum slat flooring repair/replacement
-Metal fabrication - cutting using proper measuring techniques, bending and welding

Demonstrated knowledge of fabrication using proper tools required.

Full time position, hours are Monday through Friday 7a-4p.

Languages spoken in shop are English and Spanish.
Pay based on experience and ability.

$28-$30 based on experience
Direct Deposit or printed checks paid every week on Friday.
