Shop Foreman- 2nd shift

Our client, a transportation construction company is seeking a Shop (Mechanical & Diesel) Foreman to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager with a no-job-too-small mentality who will focus on heavy repairs and preventative maintenance.

Job Title: Shop Foreman (Mechanical & Diesel)
Location: Sumner, Washington
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hr.

Whats the Job?

• Train and develop mechanics on a 2 nd shift (from 4pm-2am)
• Perform heavy equipment repairs, including excavators, trucks, backhoes, etc.
• Perform maintenance on light to medium trucks through hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic diagnosis
• DOT and LOF inspections

• Minimum of 2 years of recent people management experience
• Valid drivers license, CDL Class A highly preferred
• 5+ years experience as a Diesel Mechanicnot just preventative
• 5+ years air and hydraulic brake repair, and manual transmission diagnosis and service experience
