Transportation Engineer – Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities
Design roadways, corridors, and safety improvement projects
Prepare construction plans, drainage studies, and cost estimates
Manage permitting, client communication, and public engagement
Oversee construction phase activities and project closeout
Coordinate with internal teams on multi-disciplinary projects
Qualifications
PE license (or ability to obtain) required
5–10 years of transportation design experience
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
Familiarity with LADOTD standards and permitting processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
