Job Description
We are part of a world-class product development organization that pioneers industry-leading hardware designs for IBM POWER Systems servers as well as Storage, Quantum, and IBM Research. Within this organization, the IBM mechanical design team is seeking a person who apply current skills in mechanical design and engineering for new product development.
Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with other Engineers on the design of new hardware design content for Power Servers and other Infrastructure products. This role will also require you to learn about IBM's AI tools and work on new projects to apply those AI tool capabilities to enhance and assist in the development of new hardware solutions for IBM.
Required education High School Diploma/GED Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertiseExperience as Mechanical Engineer or related fields.
