Production Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports day-to-day production operations by assisting with material handling, basic assembly, packaging, and general labor tasks to ensure smooth workflow and product output.

salary: $14 - $15 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly line operations and packaging of finished goods
  
  
• Load and unload raw materials, parts, or products
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  
• Operate hand tools, pallet jacks, or other basic equipment safely
  
  
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors or leads
  
  
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs
  
  
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced setting
  
  
• Willingness to follow all safety policies and procedur
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 45lbs

working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
