What You’ll Do:

• Oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish
  
  
• Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and materials
  
  
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare competitive bid proposals
  
  
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to drive results
  
  
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and project specs

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Execution: Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
  
  
• Coordinate Teams: Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors; resolve field issues.
  
  
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules; ensure milestones are met.
  
  
• Budget Oversight: Monitor costs and manage budgets to keep projects profitable.
  
  
• Procurement: Order materials and equipment, ensure timely delivery, and verify quantities and specifications.
  
  
• Compliance and Permits: Ensure projects meet all applicable codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
  
  
• Client Relations: Serve as point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
  
  
• Quality Control & Safety: Enforce job site safety, perform inspections, and ensure work meets standards.
  
  
• Change Orders: Identify scope changes, prepare change orders, and communicate impacts on schedule or budget.
