Commercial HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in the commercial facilities management industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the facility maintenance team supporting various operational facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Pittsburg, PA

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain equipment functionality (company vehicle provided)
• Conduct preventative maintenance and manage inventory control for facility services.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
