DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading value-added distributor across various markets, is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator to join their team. As a DC Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics team supporting order fulfillment during the busy summer months. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Distribution Center Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Location: McGregor, TX

Pay Range: $21.60 - $23.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.

What's Needed?

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistance.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required.
