Concrete Estimator (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Title: Concrete Estimator – Foundations & Flatwork Location: Flexible (Hybrid or Remote) Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience) Benefits: Full benefits package, PTO, flexible work environment

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Estimator specializing in foundations and flatwork to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turnkey concrete estimating and a proven track record of successfully bidding projects ranging from $5M to $15M, with exposure to projects up to $40M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete foundation and flatwork packages

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive quantity takeoffs and pricing

• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure alignment and accuracy of estimates

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for scope and accuracy

• Maintain current knowledge of market trends, material costs, and construction practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete estimating, particularly in foundations and flatwork

• Proven ability to estimate turnkey concrete packages for mid- to large-scale projects

• Familiarity with estimating software and tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or fully remote setting
