Dependable Handyman Needed

Shapell's Inc is seeking a dependable handyman to join our team. This role involves a range of remodeling and maintenance tasks across our properties.

Key responsibilities include:

Remodeling Duties:
oPainting
oPatching drywall
oInstalling fencing
oInstalling floors, doors, and windows

Maintenance Duties:
oBasic electrical and plumbing repairs
oEnsuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition

Qualifications:
Previous experience in electrical work or carpentry is a plus
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
Knowledge of basic handy skills, painting techniques, and remodeling processes

We are at the end of Stocks Road on the right-hand side. Look for our 2-story building with the green and copper roof.
