What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install and remove HVAC systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues.
• Generate accurate repair estimates for clients.
• Educate customers about HVAC products and solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Adhere to local HVAC codes and standards.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to meet company needs.
• Physically able to lift 50 to 100 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors, and access small spaces regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

• EPA Certification: Must be EPA certified or willing to obtain certification immediately.
• Team Player: Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Positive Attitude: Bring a can-do mindset to work every day.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with both clients and team members.
• Continuous Learner: Eagerness to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies.
