Your Role:
- Install electrical conduits, wiring, and components
- Install generators and transfer switches
- Lead a small team to complete installation projects efficiently and on schedule
- Educate customers about electrical and generator systems when needed
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Maintain clear communication with clients and customers
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes
- Adapt to a variety of tasks assigned by management, subject to change based on business needs

Requirements:
- 3+ years of electrical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in small spaces
- All candidates will undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (recent DMV Safe Driving Record required)
