What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose HVAC system issues
• Generate sales leads
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and quotes
• Educate customers about HVAC products and services
• Perform routine system maintenance
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Communicate effectively with clients and customers
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes
• Handle various tasks assigned by management, with duties subject to change based on company needs
• Be able to lift 50–100 lbs, work outdoors, crawl in tight spaces, and climb ladders

What We Hope You Bring:

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain certification immediately)
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies

HR Requirements:

• All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with a recent DMV Safe Driving Record to demonstrate safe driving habits
