Construction Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator with a strong administrative skillset to manage scheduling, procurement, and project management for site assessments. This global role requires coordination of site visits and assessments across the United States, Canada, and Europe, with a focus on facilities management and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor site visits for assessments in the USA, Canada, and EU regions.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate the health of HVAC, roofing, electrical systems, fire safety, and other building systems.
  • Plan and prioritize global site assessments for 2026.
  • Analyze data from multi-region maintenance team surveys using Smartsheet and follow up with sites for survey completion.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to update preventive maintenance schedules and end-of-life predictions.
  • Coordinate with property owners on systems requiring repair that are not owned by the company.
  • Manage document control and update documentation related to equipment health.
  • Launch requests to field teams for additional information.

  • Remote role requires residence in EST or CST time zones.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Work Environment

This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates residing in EST or CST time zones. The role involves travel up to 20% and offers the potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance. The position is part of a dynamic contract role with a focus on facilities management and construction coordination.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
