Based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania , this Civil Estimator role plays a vital part in supporting our General Contracting operations across the region. Youll drive project success from preconstruction through completion by preparing competitive bids, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and profitability in the field.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the field and the office, can confidently lead project coordination, and is ready to make an impact with a global leader in sustainable sports construction.

What Youll Do:

Preconstruction & Estimating

• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site assessments
• Review plans/specs and complete material takeoffs
• Request and evaluate subcontractor quotes
• Identify project risks and assist in bid strategy
• Submit RFIs and prepare bid packages

Project Oversight

• Supervise subcontractors and vendors on job sites
• Manage schedules, deliveries, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with plans, safety, and local requirements
• Track scope changes and support change order processes

Collaboration & Support

• Serve as liaison between Sales, Construction, and customers
• Address technical and logistical issues with stakeholders
• Approve subcontractor invoices and ensure timely project close-out

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil estimating or field-based construction management
• Experience managing subcontractors and construction projects from pre-bid to close-out
• Strong knowledge of sitework, permitting, and general contracting operations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel regionally as required
