Pay: $ D.O.E./hour Part Time

Required Certifications & Licenses:
Applicants must hold the following certifications and licenses valid in the state of Oregon:

EPA Section 608 Certification Required for handling refrigerants per the Clean Air Act

Oregon Brazing Certification Required for working with commercial refrigerants

Limited Energy Technician Class B (LE/B) License Issued by the Oregon Building Codes Division for work involving HVAC and electrical systems

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance

Completion of a certified HVAC training program or apprenticeship (examples include Portland Community College, Lane Community College, or other recognized programs)

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls

Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage time well and work independently

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment and tools

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to pursue continued training and education in the HVAC field
