Commercial Construction Company looking for individual that possess the following:
Valid and Current Driver's License.
Available to work full time and flexible hours.
Organized
Ability to read blueprints.
Keen attention to detail.
Must understand all aspects of construction.
Understand building codes.
Required to know how to handle, schedule crew and workload.
In depth knowledge of safety best practices.
Must be able to operate basic software such as Microsoft outlook, word, adobe acrobat, and smart sheets.
Must have extensive communication skills.
Must have previous experience in project management for a commercial general contractor firm.
