Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Train and mentor electrical staff to enhance efficiency and safety
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in plant systems
Collaborate with other departments for smooth plant operations

Requirements:
Valid Supervising Electrician License (state-specific)
Extensive experience in plant/facility electrical systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
